Q: How long can I rent the handbag for? All handbag rentals are based by the week, two weeks or month. Seasonal rental is also available! (Please contact us for seasonal rentals)
Q: Can I rent more than one bag at a time? Sorry not at this time. You will only be allowed to rent 1 Handbag at a time.
Q: When do you charge membership fees? Got 2 have it! Handbags does not have a membership program at this time.
Q: What form of payment do you accept? We accept valid credit cards: Visa, MasterCard only.
Q: How are credit cards processed? Got 2 Have It! Handbags... uses Moneris Solutions to process all credit cards transactions.
Q: Is there another option available because I don't want to use my credit card over the internet? Yes, we do accept orders by phone. Just call our toll free number and someone will contact you to process your handbag rental or purchase. (Additional processing fee for phone orders.)
Q: How do I return the bag when I'm finished with it? Returns are prepaid by Got 2 Have It! Handbags. Just keep the box your handbag arrived in to reuse for the return of your package, apply the enclosed pre-paid packaging slip.
Q: What is the cost of shipping and handling? There is a charge of $14.95 added to each order for shipping and handling. A signature will be required for all shipments. Got 2 Have It! Handbags will not ship items to P.O. Boxes. Order will take approximately 3-5 days to receive. We only ship within Canada.
Q: Can I get my handbag quicker than the general shipping terms stated? Yes, We also offer express shipping. Simply choose an option when placing your order.
Q: Are the designer handbags on your site reproductions? Every handbag at Got 2 Have It! Handbags... is Original and Authentic. You will never have to worry about carrying a copy, fake, or reproduction when you rent from Got 2 have it! Handbags.
Q: What if someone sends back a reproduction, instead of the original handbag? Got 2 Have It! Handbags take certain measures to assure that the handbags we send out is the exact handbags we get returned to us. If there is a reproduction or fake, then the renter will be responsible for the full retail dollar value of the handbag and authorities will be notified.
Q: Will I always receive a brand new handbag? All of our bags are new or in "like new" condition. Our standards are very high, and we can guarantee you we will never send out a bag that's in less than perfect condition.
Q: Can I purchase the handbag that I have rented? YES, our handbags are available for purchase. Please contact us for more information.
Q: What if I return the handbag damaged? All of our handbag rentals come with additional optional insurance available when checking out the handbag. The additional insurance will cover minor damage such as a scratch, stain or dirt. If the handbag is damaged beyond reasonable wear and tear you will be responsible for the repair or replacement of the handbag.
Q: Are all handbags cleaned after each use? Yes, we inspect, clean and sanitize all returned handbags before they are made available.
Q: Why should I rent instead of buying my own? The advantages of renting instead of buying are that you have access to the hottest handbags by the most famous designers. You don't have to break the bank to have great handbags that will surely be outdated in a couple months. Also renting designer handbags is great if you have an event or vacation for which you want to look stylish and up to date.
